Most fun I ever had buying a car. I already picked out the car I wanted from all the online ads, but I happened to find the car I wanted at a great auto broker without the BS of a large dealership. I was very happy, and once I saw all the great reviews, I was happy to know I would be in and out quickly. I drove home a great car, exactly what I wanted. Color, interior, miles, price. Easy financing, pay it off at my leisure. Luciano has a great sense of humor, and attitude. Contagious. I found my car guy. He will find for you any kind of car you want; very knowledgable; he has many wonderful cars on his lot. He has excellent taste in automobiles, you won't find a better dealer to buy from in Phoenix area. There were 2 cars in the area I wanted to look at, hard to find color, interior at a good price, but I drove his car first, glad I did. Our prior car was totaled in a rear end collision and we needed a replacement vehicle ASAP. We contacted a number of dealers after reviewing inventories on-line and Prestige really stood out in its professional follow-up. We booked an appointment and worked with Dusty at the 24th Avenue site. That exerience was outstanding - he listened to my wife's needs and culled through the inventory, walking us from vehicle to vehicle until we had a match. No pressure, no unnecessary upselling and the utmost respect for her list of must haves. We left the lot a couple hours after arriving with a car and a great deal. We cannot say enough good things about our buying experience at Prestige and would make that 5 stars into 10 stars if the scale allowed it. We will be back if we ever need another car.

Prestige gets 5 stars from me only because that’s the most I can give. I started my latest car purchase researching used car websites. After finding red Tesla Model S’s, my second step was reading dealer reviews. Regardless of the car or the price, I was determined not to subject myself to a stressful dealer experience. Most listings didn’t survive this cut. Reading the reviews for Prestige made me think they might have wrote the reviews themselves and had friends post them, but then decided that seemed far fetched and called. I spoke to Andrei who answered my questions well. He is very knowledgeable regarding Teslas and is enthusiastic about them. At the end of the call I asked him if he was going to try to sell me more stuff if I came in, he chuckled a bit and said “no, we are a no pressure dealership. Come look and if you like the car you can buy it for the advertised price plus tax, license, and our $399 doc fee.” I set an appointment and went in the next day and had the most pleasant buying experience ever. It was relaxed, but efficient. He even gave me advice on how to sell my car. I left driving a fantastic car, and will call Andrei first next time I am looking for a car.

I Recently worked with Dusty on the purchase of a 2006 Lexus LS430 and was pleasantly surprised by how well this process works. I usually purchase most of my vehicles through large dealerships. I have purchased 35 vehicles in my lifetime and as Dusty said it is more than most. With most dealerships I normally have a difficult time working through the layers of BS to get to a bottom OTD number and by then 6 hours will have passed. Very unpleasant. Amazing, Simply Amazing!!! Bought a sweet BMW 435i M Sport from Alex last week. Flew in from Atlanta on a Sunday night and Alex came in to close the deal ( On a Sunday Night ) because he knew we had a road trip ahead of us. The car was immaculate inside and out and even more amazing there was not a single issue on a 2,000 mile road trip from Phoenix to Atlanta, and we had time to play with all of the gadgets like the Heads Up windshield display, automatic wipers, the digital oil dipstick, even those darn seat belt handovers worked ( Google it ). What I am trying to say is that you can't even buy a new BMW from a dealer without expecting some issues but Alex is phenomenal and a BMW guy, he made sure that all of the BMW accessories worked, even the annoying ones were working. That being said, the alignment, brakes, tires, etc. everything was 110%. I would give 10 Stars if I could. I'll never waste my time with anyone else. My next car will come from Prestige. Bought my 2014 Hyundai Sante Fe Sport from Alex and the service was awesome. He is a no frills salesman and is open and honest about the costs I was paying for everything. I trust him and appreciate him not trying to charge extra for add-on charges that are BS like I've seen at other dealers. $349 dealer service fee is very reasonable and well worth it. Alex found the best financing with no effort from me. I even went all in on the Gold Standard Auto Network warranty. I'm usually not one to purchase warranties, but I'd advise you to look at this one. With the paybacks it provides in maintenance rebates, it pays for about 2/3rds of the cost. WELL WORTH the peace of mind. I'd send everyone to Alex. Help support his small business and good luck with your dealership. I hope it grows for you.

This was the easiest, no BS car purchase I have ever made. Car is clean Alex is upfront with all information. Fair price with no hidden scam fees like 90% of all major dealerships today. There is no pressure to purchase warranties or any other services. They are offered and he will review your options if you want. Over the last 50 years I purchased dozens of vehicles. I dealt with pushy salesman, salesman who had to get their manager to come as a backup when I was not agreeable to the terms. Most disturbing is when the salesman shows his artwork by producing a handwritten X and a long line made from either a magic marker or a large crayon for me to sign to show good faith. I dealt with Alex and Michael and I assure you you will not be subjected to any of my past experiences.
